Return and Refund Policy

At Morvan, we value your satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a flexible return and refund policy in accordance with European consumer protection standards.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at morvancustomer@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, underwear and intimate items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
